BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend Title 24, §1902(c) of the Delaware Code, by deleting the "." at the end of paragraph (6), and by replacing it with the phrase "; and", and further by adding a new paragraph (7) to read as follows:

"(7) Dispensing activities only as permitted in the Board's Rules and Regulations."

Section 2. Amend Title 24, §1902 of the Delaware Code, by striking subsection (j) thereof in its entirety and by substituting in lieu thereof the following:

"(j) 'Dispensing' means providing medication according to an order of a practitioner duly licensed to prescribe medication. The term shall include both the repackaging and labeling of medications from bulk to individual dosages."
