SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO SENATE BILL NO. 291 |
AMEND Senate Bill No. 291 by adding thereto the following:
"Section 9. Amend
§510, Title 14, Delaware Code by adding thereto the following:‘(e) Subject to appropriations by the General Assembly, the Department of Education shall provide funding to allow leasing of a charter school’s space needs in lieu of buying real property for those purposes.’"
