HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO HOUSE BILL NO. 204 |
AMEND House Bill 204 by striking lines 1 and 2 of said bill, and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"Section 1. Amend Chapter 35, Title 18 of the Delaware Code by re-designating the sections within Subchapter IV (§3560 through §3566) as new §3571 through §3567; and by adding a new section to Subchapter III, which new section shall read as follows:
§3563. Required Coverage for reconstructive surgery following Mastectomy."
AMEND House Bill 204 by striking the figure "§3344" as the same appears on line 29, and substituting the figure "§3347" in lieu thereof.
AMEND House Bill 204 by adding thereto a new section, designated as Section 5, which new section shall read as follows:
"Section 5. Amend Chapter 35, Title 18 of the Delaware Code by re-designating present §3559A as new §3560; by re-designating present §3559B as new §3561; and by re-designating present §3559C as new §3562."
