Amend House Bill No. 339 at line 2 by striking "subsection (b) thereof in its entirety" and by substituting in lieu thereof "paragraphs (2), (3), and (4) of subsection (b)".

The Amendment reinstates the current requirement that certain motor vehicles do not have to stop at railroad tracks if a police officer waives them through. |
