AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE STATE POLICE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend Subchapter I of Chapter 83, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by enacting a new § 8309 to read as follows:

Ҥ 8309. Recruit Class Enrollment.

It is the intent of the General Assembly that the State Police Recruit Class starting in September 2004 be fully staffed with 50 recruits as funded in the annual budget.”.

This Act requires the State Police Recruit Class starting in September 2004 be fully staffed with 50 recruits as funded in the annual budget.
