HOUSE BILL NO. 186

AN ACT TO AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2005 BUDGET ACT RELATING TO THE SUMMER YOUTH WORK PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend Chapter 307, Volume 74, Laws of Delaware by deleting the number “345.2” as it appears on line 29 of page 47, and inserting in lieu thereof the number “2,345.2”.

Section 2. Amend Chapter 307, Volume 74, Laws of Delaware by deleting the amount “$345.2” as it appears on lines 2 and 11 of page 195, and inserting in lieu thereof the amount “$1,000”.

Section 3. Amend Chapter 307, Volume 74, Laws of Delaware by deleting the number “150.8” as it appears on line 8 of page 195, and inserting in lieu thereof the number “1,024.6”.

Section 4. Amend Chapter 307, Volume 74, Laws of Delaware by deleting the amount “$80.4” as it appears on line 7 of page 195, and inserting in lieu thereof the amount “$546.2”.

Section 5. Amend Chapter 307, Volume 74, Laws of Delaware by deleting the number “57.0 as it appears on lines 9 and 10 of page 195, and inserting in lieu thereof the number “387.2”.

SYNOPSIS

This Act increases the Summer Youth Program allocation to the City of Wilmington and the counties for the current fiscal year to $1 million.
