AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO KENT COUNTY BOARD OF ASSESSMENT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend Title 9, Chapter 82, § 8209 of the Delaware Code by striking said Section in its entirety.

SYNOPSIS

This Act strikes the provision that the Kent County Board of Assessment Office must be located in the Kent County Courthouse. This Act applies to Kent County only.
