HOUSE BILL NO. 235

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE HEALTHY CHILDREN PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend §9907 of Chapter 99 of Title 16 of the Delaware Code by inserting a new subsection to read as follows:

"(j) The program shall be designed such that program coverage shall include the provision of dental services to children enrolled in the program."

SYNOPSIS

This bill extends the Delaware Healthy Children Program to include dental health care for children enrolled in the program.
