AMEND House Bill No. 537 on line 8 by adding a sentence to read as follows:
"All information developed after this consultation shall go to the Department Secretary to then issue permits for deer shoots to include the growing and summer season.".

This Amendment ensures the DNREC Secretary receives all pertinent information in order to issue the appropriate permits. |
