AMEND House Bill No. 311 by striking in its entirety the phrase “, which has as its principal purpose human occupancy or habitation” as it appears on lines 69 through 70 thereof and by substituting in lieu thereof the phrase: “of this section”.
SYNOPSIS

This Amendment expands the definition of the term “project” as it is used in House Bill 311, and as a result throughout Chapter 3 of Title 24, to include the construction, enlargement, or alteration of any building, other than a building exempted by the provisions of subsection 24 Del. C. § 303(b)(5). |
