AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE |
Section 1. Amend § 5809, Chapter 58, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by renumbering subsection “(17)” as “(18)” and enacting a new “(17)” as follows:
“(17) To prepare in conjunction with the Office of Controller General a reference guide for legislators regarding ethical conduct and conduct training for new legislators between the date of election and the opening of the next legislative session the following January, or in the case of a special election within 60 days of said election to new legislators, and further incumbent legislators will take refresher training every four (4) years and staff of each branch will take said training upon the determination by the President Pro Tempore and the Speaker of the House.”.
