AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 3 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend § 104, Chapter 1, Title 3 of the Delaware Code by deleting the following: “promulgated under § 101(8) of this title”.

SYNOPSIS

This Bill deletes an incorrect reference to rules for ostriches, emus and rheas in a section relating to fruit growers.
