AMEND Senate Bill 114 by deleting lines 142 through 150 and on line 151 by renumbering “Section 9” as “Section 8.”
SYNOPSIS

This amendment removes the section of the bill providing for the right of a parent or guardian to be present for the treatment of a minor patient by a person licensed under this chapter to practice clinical social work. |
