SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 182

AMEND House Bill No. 182 as amended, by amending House Amendment No. 2 to House Bill 182, by deleting line 4 in House Amendment No. 2 and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

“sexually, 787(b)(2), or 1100A of this title, or if the victim of the felony level offense was 5 years old or younger, or of conspiracy, under §§512 and 513 of this”

SYNOPSIS

This amendment adds felony level crimes in which the victim was five years old or younger which require mandatory registration for children 14 and older.
