SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 274

AMEND Senate Bill No. 274 on line 27 after the word “every” and before line 28 insert the following:

“transaction regardless of value.”

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment inserts language to Senate Bill No. 274 that was inadvertently left out of the original bill.
