AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN RELATING TO MUNICIPAL POWER.
This bill permits the Town of Middletown to impose and collect a lodging tax of no more than 3 percent of rents on hotel and motel rooms located in the town.
