This Amendment provides the following penalties for violation of this Act: 1. Possession of a bump stock or trigger crank is a Class B misdemeanor for the first offense and a Class G felony for a second or subsequent offense. 2. Possession of a bump stock or trigger crank which has been attached to a firearm and used during the commission of a felony is a Class E felony. 3. Possession of a bump stock or trigger crank which has been attached to a firearm and used during the commission of a felony that was a crime of violence is a Class D felony.
