HA 1 to HB 53PassedMiroThis amendment changes the total packaging weight of multiple items from 200 grams to 500 grams to match the standard set by the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission. Currently 48 states allow the sale and use of sparklers and other non-explosive, non-airborne novelty items that are regulated by the U. S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
