| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE REGARDING VOLUNTARY AND MANDATORY TESTING OF OFFENDERS CONVICTED OF CERTAIN SEX CRIMES. |
| Synopsis: | This Bill amends Title 11 of the Delaware Code, Chapter 39, Subchapter 11 requiring the defendant to submit to HIV testing at the request of the victim if the defendant has compelled the victim to engage in sexual activity either through force or threat of force. This Bill allows the State to continue receiving Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) grant funds.
