| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EXECUTION PROCEDURES IN JUSTICE. |
| Synopsis: | This act will enhance the means by which a Justice of the Peace Constable may conduct a sale of goods that have been levied upon in execution of a chattel judgment. It will allow the Court to arrange for alternative action services or other reasonable commercial sales in lieu of Constable’s sale.
