| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ENHANCED 911 EMERGENCY NUMBER SERVICE AND REPORTING SYSTEM FUND. |
| Synopsis: | This bill updates Title 16, Chapters 100 and 101, of the Delaware Code, as it relates to advancements in the enhanced 911 Emergency Number Service as well as includes non-traditional telecommunications services. It further authorizes the E911 Board to conduct annual audits as they relate to service charges and cost recovery for E911 services.
