| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO INSURANCE. |
| Synopsis: | This Legislation would prevent homeowners insurance companies from (a) terminating homeowners’ policies in response to homeowners making reasonable claims against those policies and (b) raising policyholders’ rates or terminating policyholders insurance in response to policyholders asking questions about their policies.
