| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLES 7, 9, 10, 15, 29 AND 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO REFERENCES TO ASSOCIATE JUDGES. |
| Synopsis: | This Legislation makes the following housekeeping amendments to outdated sections of the Delaware Code: deleting references to “associate” judges and justices; deleting references to “resident” judges of the Court of Common Pleas contained in Chapter 58 of Title 29; and eliminating 1978 salaries for the Chief Justice and Justices of the Supreme Court, the Chancellor and vice-Chancellors of the Court of Chancery, and the President Judge and Judges of the Superior Court.
