Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
Synopsis:The current Move On Over law applies to police and other emergency vehicle operators, and is helping to reduce the risk of serious injuries and death to public servants who are working in harm’s way.
