Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO INSURANCE FOR MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE.
Synopsis:This Bill eliminates an insurance barrier preventing retired surgeons from providing critically needed surgical services at the VA Hospital in Elsmere. This Bill is not expected to have an impact on the medical malpractice premiums of Delaware Health care providers.
