| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7, SUBCHAPTER VI, RELATING TO THE RESTRICTIONS ON TAKING GAME. |
| Synopsis: | It is currently legal to take red foxes in parts of New Castle County and Kent County and for private landowners to manage red foxes on their property throughout the State through permits issued by DNREC. The hides of the red foxes legally taken cannot be sold and are being wasted. This Act allows for the beneficial use of this renewable natural resource.
