| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CIVIL ENFORCEMENT OF OUTSTANDING TOLL VIOLATIONS. |
| Synopsis: | The Delaware River and Bay Authority and the Department of Transportation experience serious toll evasion by commercial and private operators. This bill enhances the toll agencies’ ability to enforce these obligations, by adopting the “Denver Boot” process used for outstanding parking violations, and immobilizing toll evaders whose unpaid tolls and fees exceed $1,000
