| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO USE OF NETS FOR FISHING NEAR DAMS OR SPILLWAYS. |
| Synopsis: | This legislation prohibits the use of any nets to catch fish within 300 feet of a constructed dam or spillways on tidal waters in the State. The measure is designed to help conserve important species such as river herring that serve as a major food source for other fish.
