| Synopsis: | This act re-incorporates the Town of Middletown and updates the Town’s charter by expanding the Town Council from four to six members, increasing the Town’s authority to issue bonds, incorporating Delaware statutory provisions regarding absentee voting and otherwise revising the charter.
