Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE MEDICAL PRACTICE ACT.
Synopsis:This Bill adds a new subsection exempting physicians providing second opinions under the State’s Group Health Insurance Program from having to obtain a certificate to practice medicine in the State of Delaware provided they are licensed in another state or the District of Columbia.
