| Synopsis: | This Senate Concurrent Resolution reorganizes the Motorcycle Rider Education Advisory Committee, which must meet at least quarterly to monitor the Motorcycle Rider Education Program, assess future needs, and recommend program improvements. It also reorganizes the membership of the Committee.
