Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 21, TITLE 5 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MORTGAGE LOAN BROKERS.
Synopsis:This bill would increase the existing annual license fee for a mortgage loan broker from $250 to $500. The additional $250 would be allocated to and for the assistance of the Delaware Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program.
