| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLES 10 AND 11 OF THE CITY OF WILMINGTON'S HOME RULE CHARTER RELATING TO LIENS FOR UNPAID WATER RENTS AND SEWER SERVICE CHARGES. |
| Synopsis: | This Act amends the City of Wilmington’s Home Rule Charter to provide that liens for unpaid water and sewer service shall remain liens against the property for 10 years rather than 5 years as currently stated in the Charter.
