| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 83, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE REGARDING THE AUTHORITY OF THE BOARD OF PENSION TRUSTEES TO LEVY INTEREST PENALTIES AND LATE PAYMENT ASSESSMENTS. |
| Synopsis: | This Bill will allow the Board of Pension Trustees to levy interest and/or penalties on participating employers who fail to make timely payments of employee and employer contributions that are owed to the pension plans administered by the Delaware Public Employees Retirement System.
