| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLES 24 AND 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CIVIL ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES. |
| Synopsis: | In recent years, many of the professional licensing boards governed by Title 24 of the Delaware Code have experienced problems with unauthorized practice of the various regulated professions. The purpose of this legislation is to create a uniform cease and desist authority for the boards. The legislation further authorizes the boards to establish and impose administrative fines against persons who violate such cease and desist orders, subject to the hearing and review procedures of this Chapter.
