| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24, CHAPTER 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE BOARD OF PLUMBING, HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING, AND REFRIGERATION EXAMINERS. |
| Synopsis: | This Bill creates an “Air conditioning” class of HVACR Master Restricted licensure. This Bill also extends the deadline for HVACR practitioners to obtain licensure to June 30, 2008. The extension is necessary to accommodate the new “Air conditioning” class of HVACR Master Restricted licensure, ensure individuals subject to the new requirements have sufficient notice and time to respond and to allow the Division of Professional Regulation to engage a vendor to develop and administer a licensure examination.
