| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 22 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO TAX INCREMENT FINANCING AND SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS. |
| Synopsis: | This Amendment clarifies certain non-recourse provisions for municipalities and property owners in municipalities relating to Tax Increment Financing and Special Development Districts. Bonds issued pursuant to these Districts are non-recourse against the municipalities and may only be held against property owners according to their share of individual assessment.
