Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS' BILL OF RIGHTS.
Synopsis:This Act amends § 9200(b), Title 11 of the Delaware Code by adding the term “State Fire Marshall Deputy” to the definition of “law-enforcement officer”.
