| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY. |
| Synopsis: | This Bill calls for the State Fire Prevention Commission to promulgate regulations requiring that all persons involved in the inspection and testing of water-based fire prevention protection systems to maintain current certification in the NICET II “Inspection and Testing of Water-based Systems” certification program, and to require 16 hours of continuing education requirements for every biennial renewal period.
