Long Title:AN ACT DEAUTHORIZING CERTAIN PROJECT BALANCES TO THE GENERAL FUND AND DEPOSITING CERTAIN FUNDS OF THE STATE TO THE GENERAL FUND.
Synopsis:This Act will generate an additional $8.3 million in resources for the General Fund to help manage the $160.5 million decline in revenue for Fiscal Year 2008 projected at the April 2008 DEFAC meeting. This Act deauthorizes certain project balances to the General Fund and deposits certain funds of the State to the General Fund.
