| Synopsis: | This Bill would extend the closure period on gill netting in the Nanticoke River and its tributaries like Broad Creek to March 1 through June 30 and make Delaware consistent with the State of Maryland when it comes to protecting striped bass in transit to or from or on the spawning grounds. Maryland does not allow the use of gill nets in the Nanticoke River from March 1 through June 30.
