| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LIFE INSURANCE. |
| Synopsis: | This bill increases the maximum life insurance ($100,000.00) or disability benefit ($1,000.00 per week) that a mutual benefit association may issue. This will reflect what the Delaware Volunteer Firemen and Ladies’ Auxiliary Mutual Relief Association, Inc. believes are reasonable benefit amounts. This Act is a housekeeping measure since benefits exceeding those allowable by current statute are available from the benefit association.
