| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 85, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COUNCIL ON APPRENTICESHIP AND TRAINING. |
| Synopsis: | This Act amends the Council on Apprenticeship and Training to provide that a Council member who retires or ceases to be a member of an employee or employer organization vacates their position on the Council. This act further provides the Governor with authority to appoint Council members to terms of less than 3 years in order to ensure that the Council members’ terms expire on a staggered basis.
