| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE BOARD OF EXAMINERS OF PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS AND PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES. |
| Synopsis: | This Bill allows for the Superintendent of the Division of State Police to send a representative in his/her stead to meetings of the Board of Examiners of Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies.
