Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 17 AND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY AND HOMELAND SECURITY.
Synopsis:This housekeeping Bill updates Chapter 82, Title 29 of the Delaware Code as it relates to the Department of Safety and Homeland Security regarding the Office of the Secretary and the Delaware Emergency Management Agency. Additionally, it brings the Division of the Office of Highway Safety and Division of Communications under Chapter 82, Title 29 of the Delaware Code.
