| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TECHNOLOGY AND INFORMATION AND MERIT SYSTEM OF PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION. |
| Synopsis: | This Bill requires the Department of Technology and Information develop an acceptable use policy. Additionally the Bill requires that the Director of the Office of Management and Budget retain a signed version of the policy in every merit employee’s personnel file.
