Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES.
Synopsis:The current law allows street rods to be used as daily transportation and must pass State inspection prior to registration renewal. This change allows street rods to pass an initial vehicle inspection but subsequent renewals would not need an inspection. It also restricts the use of a street rod for club activities, exhibits, tours, parades and similar uses, but not general transportation.
