| Synopsis: | This Bill gives the Delaware State Police Sex Offender Task Force Agents powers of arrest by amending Chapter 84, Title 11 of the Delaware Code to include Delaware State Police Sex Offender Task Force Agents in the definition of “Police Officer” under § 8401(5)(a).
