| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ELECTRONIC FILING COSTS IN JUSTICE OF THE PEACE COURT. |
| Synopsis: | This Bill sets the Justice of the Peace Court costs for electronic filing at the same rate as all other trial courts. The rate is fifty cents per transaction or document filed.
