Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO GROSS RECEIPTS TAXES.
Synopsis:This Act repeals the earmark of the lessees’ use tax and the lessors’ license taxes to the Transportation Trust Fund, which will result in the deposit of such taxes into the General Fund.
